
Cancelation
We understand your plans can change, but we kindly ask you to commit to your reservation once it is made and that, if needed, you cancel it as soon as practicable.
Walks should be cancelled with up to 30 minutes in advance. We will charge 50% of the service previously booked if it is cancelled between 30 to 15 minutes in advance, or the full rate of the service previously booked if it is canceled less than 15 minutes before your reservation time
Reservation
We kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance whenever possible for all of our services, so we can accommodate your dog on our schedule and deliver the highest quality service to all clients. To make a reservation please contact us by message, email or phone.
We will always make our best efforts to accommodate your last minute request whenever possible.
Weekend/Holiday
Weekend/Holiday walks or visits need to be booked in advance. Since we are a family operated company, we don't make a commitment to a regular schedule during weekends, as sometimes we may not be able to fulfill it. The service is on demand depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding.
There is an additional fee for weekend and holiday walks (standard time - starting after 9 AM and ending after 6 PM). For weekend/holiday walks starting before 9 AM or ending at/after 6 PM there will be another additional fee.
